Hi,
Need a suggestion from the community. We have undertaken a Power BI dashboard development project for our client. Need your suggestion on the dashboard publishing to the client, my queries are given below :
* We are doing the development work on our BI professional licence. Client has Power BI premium license. The data is on 3rd party cloud. What is the best option to share the dashboards with the client as mutiple users will be using these dashboards ?
* We do not want to part with the data model and the logics etc.
* The dashboards will have role level access to client users.
Please suggest the best possible ways to handle the situation. Thanks in anticipation.
@Anonymous IMHO since the customer already has a Premium it would be best to just hand over the PBIX file to the customer so that they can host it in their environment. Otherwise every viewer (if hosted in your environment) would need to have a PRO license which doesn't make any sense.
