personal gateway crashes

Over the last few days I have not been able to maintain a connection to the gateway connector. I uninstalled my gateway today and installed the latest version and I still cannot make it work. Help...

    We're introducing a new personal gateway update. If you go to Dataset settings->Gateway connection, do you see a message there asking you to update?
