I have a new excel file of data with the same format every new month uploaded to sharepoint and I want to combine all of them in the same report
so what i did currently is
I did some cleaning steps for Januray's file and Feb's file seperatly then I appendid queries
I want March's file to be imported, cleaned and then appendid with the previeos files automatically
is there a way to do it?

You should use the SharePoint Folder connector in Power Query to connect to the SP folder with all your files in.
Once connected, you should choose the 'Combine & Transform' option.
These transformations that you've done on the Jan and Feb queries should be moved into the helper query that gets generated called 'Transform Sample File'.
Power query will then perform all of these transformations on every file in the SP folder and append them for you afterwards.
