modified date differs between sharepoint and query

Hi,    When I want to open a sharepoint excel document in power Query (to make a link to Power BI), it states that the modified date is 6-4-2021 (june 4th). However, it is a live document, which is...

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    You may refer to this article (Power Query: Connecting to Excel Workbooks in SharePoint Online) about how to connect to an Excel workbook stored in Sharepoint Online. Make sure your Excel file in Sharepoint Online is updated successfully. If you are using Power BI Desktop, you need to click Refresh icon to import the latest data from this Excel file into the report. If the report has been published to service, it will detect the file changes in Sharepoint Online and update the data automatically.
