I know there is keyboard shortcut (ctrl + shift + M) to open Advanced Editor for Power Query Online. 

I wonder if there is keyboard shorcut to open Advanced Editor for Power BI Desktop Power Query?

Right click on the menu item, then "Add to Quick Access Toolbar"

Then it will always be accessible at the top left
