join two dataset columns and display data based on dataset one visual filter Year slicer

Hi,

Im working on Power BI desktop.I need helps to get the output on the below scenarios.I have two datasets .

Dataset1 : Containes each emplyoyess information on year wise .

Dataset1 : Containes Active employee counts information year wise.

Both datasets contains Calendar Year field. I need to be combine two datasets and display bar chart on Year wise active counts(sum of data from dataset 2).

Dashbord View:

I have added slicer from dataset1 to filter the years data .When i select the particualr year from slicer(dataset 1 data), active counts data(datasets 2) shuld be displayed based on the Year selection in the Visual.

Can you suggest us the idea to get actual output.
