JIRA content pack uses Basic Authentication to connect to the JIRA Rest API. For more information, see: https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-apis/jira-rest-apis/jira-rest-api-tutorials/jira-rest-a...
In your scenario, please use Basic authentication and enter your credential for the JIRA data source.
