issue importing GPS coordinates

Hi all!

Recently i was asked to create a heatmap, with this i had to load in data with GPS coordinates Latitude and Longtitude.

Unfortunately my file isn't as specific as i want it to be, and contains a lot of ending 0's to make the coordinates 'work'.

However, when importing them to PowerBI, they are removed and i end up with 2 - 3 decimals while i should have 8.

Increasing the amount of decimals to 8 works luckily, but i'm wondering if there is an easier way to do this?

(the data is delivered in non decimal text format, which makes me have to split the column first, to add a comma when merging)

Or is there an open source somewhere i can download the data from with more specific coordinates based on zip code? (in this case for the netherlands / europe)

      1000 AB 1000 Amsterdam 1000AB Postbus Amsterdam 5235000000 491666700

      1000 AE 1000 Amsterdam 1000AE Postbus Amsterdam 5235000000 491666700

not sure your zip-code or any other field from your data will be more accurate then coordinates you have

anyway, is it a bad picture for you? or i didnt understand your question correct?
