Add this as a new calculated column in your model:
Index =
VAR _ID = [ID]
VAR _RANK =
RANKX(
FILTER(IndexTable,IndexTable[ID] = _ID),
IndexTable[date],,ASC,Dense
)
RETURN
IF( IndexTable[item no.] = 30, _RANK,BLANK())
