incremental refresh is not happening properly

Hello Team,   I have configured the incremental refresh, rangestart: 1st jan 2020 rangeend:31 dec 2021 turned on the incremental refresh for specific table and store rows last 1 year, refresh rows...

Read the fine print. Detect Data changes only works INSIDE the refresh window.  February is outside of your current refresh window.  You can change the refresh window to 12 months and then rely on MOD_DATE to only touch the monthly partitions that actually have changes.
