if and sumifs power query
Dear all,
Thanks for reading this and hipefully you can help me with the follow case;
what do i need;
Level 04 is lowest level, level 00 is highest level.
I need for each projectdefinition ;
total sum of budget level () - lower level (for the same project).
so that means for level 2 -->
Total sum budget level 2 by project definiion minus Total sum budget level 3 by project definiion - Total sum budget level 4 by project definiion
who can help me?

It is unclear what you want to achieve, and sample data for one project with the desired outcome would be grateful. Your explanation makes sense, but I cannot link it to the outcome.
