how to pass parameter to public URL ??

First you need publish the report to service.
Publish from Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Then Publish to web from Power BI
Publish to web from Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Last copy the url.

I have a report with a "reference" parameter, but if I add it to the URL it doesn't have any effect.

you can change parameter to "France" instead of "Austria"
How to configure the filter to achieve this query string?
I have tried using the report filter level but still failed. Is it using parameter or anything to be set up?Did you find how to achieve this? I have parameters in my reports, but if I append them to the URL it's not considered.
