how to connect window dev center with power bi

I am a developer.Today when i opened my dev center there are microsoft give suggestion about power bi.I read about it and i think this is helpful for my busniess. But my bad luck i cant figure out that how to integrate power bi with dev ceneter.can any 1 tell me how to integrate ???

and also can any one tell me the azure active directory is compulsory ??and 2nd is that can i avail active directory in free verison.... i dont need any other severice of active directory......
