how do I secure specific rows in the data when presenting it to the user
When searching ERP data invoice data wwe want show only customers or sales history by sales rep. We want to do this for SQL Server and PostGRe
Thanks for reaching out. Let me make sure I understand the question, you have some dashboards shared with multiple users and you would like them to see different portions of the data based on their identity. Is that understanding correct?
If that's the scenario you are referring to, then it's not currently supported yet. Row level security is however something on the Power BI team's radar. There is an idea submitted here https://support.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi/suggestions/6843731-row-based-security feel free to vote for it so you can get updates when it's implemented.
