heat map data error - country name changes automatically

Hi , Does anyone experience the same issue than I do?

I created a heatmap with Country names and corresponding data points in desktop version.

When I uploaded in Power BI server as datasheet, reports and created dashboard, It just automatically changed country names (text) into number values.

It happened several times and not be able to fix this issue. Is this a bug? or issue to be solved?
