getdata via WebAPI from Siteimprove.com

Hi,

 

I am currently trying to connect power BI to siteimprove.com via the WebAPI...  however, despite having credentials which work to log directly into the siteimprove.com website and also an API Key , i still encounter errors on trying to connect powerbi stating my credentials are invalid...   anyone any similar experiences?
