get last five chars from powerquery
Hi People, would you know how to extract Jan07 from this "rt Published 01.Jan07.xls" using powerquery. Thanks a lot for your help.
You can use the Extract Text Between Delemiters functionality and choose "Scan from the end of the input" in the advanced options and skip one delimiter:

Can you provide more detailed data and information? At present, I'm not sure whether Jan07 refers to a sheet or a column in Excel, and where do you want to extract it?
