get files from privat channels teams

Hi, 

Not sure if this a sharepoint access issue or something else but in teams we have made private channels for each department, all with the same excel file (schema).  I would like import all the files from the private channel in 1 query so files from new departments/private channels will be included in the report automatically and not getting the files separately per private channel and then append.
Is this possible?

Currently I am a guest in the private channels, do I need to be an admin of the channels/team to get full access of all?

Go to the Files tab in Teams and click on Open in SharePoint. If you can access the site behind that Team, you can use the SharePoint Folder connector in Power BI to combine all the files. If not, you'll need higher access.
