get Start of Week using week# and year

in my data i have week number and year.  I want to get Start of Week, but how do i do it if StartofWeek() expects a Date

 

anyone have a workaround?  thanks

@ilcaa722 Not a Power Query solution but this is a DAX solution that could easily be adapted to just week and year and no dates: Week Starting - Microsoft Power BI Community
