gateway not running

 

hi guys 

 

my Data Gateway is not running , please any idea and help :

    Rchennoufi ,

    Based on your first screenshot, the gateway is not running. Please go to Services in your computer, find on-premises gateway Service, restart it and then check if you are able to use the configured gateway in Power BI Service.

    From your second screenshot, you fail to update gateway. Could you please share gateway setup log here.
