gateway not running

  hi guys    my Data Gateway is not running , please any idea and help :

Rchennoufi ,

Please go to Control Panel->Programs to check if you on-premises gateway is there. Also could you please tell what is the logon account of your gateway service?

    Could you please go to Services and check if you use hydrafacial\RChennoufi as log on account of on-premises gateway?

      i can not see the service for the On-premises data gateway on the list of services
