gateway Cannot connect to the mashup data source - to oracle database 11.2.0.4

Hi I am trying to connect to an oracle datasource from my gateway and get this error: Status code: 400 Error Code: DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError Version: 13.0.1100.174...

can anybody help me with this?

I really do not know if the problem is that my oracle server has a client of 64 and the powerBI works only with 32

or that my oracle server has oracle 32bit and power BI is working with 64

or that the server that the gateway is on is 32 and needs to have also 64 or vise versa
