expendRecordColumn responses not with the entire list

Hey all, I want to expand all Records in a column dynamically. For that case I work with the attached Step, but I receive just the same array as in the preview and not the entire array of the column ...
Need Help

    Table.ExpandRecordColumn(#"Reset table actions","definition.actions",
    Record.FieldNames(Record.Combine(List.Select(Table.Column(#"Reset table actions","definition.actions"),each _ <> null))),
