error while refreshing the dashboard through azure data lakes

Hi,

I am trying to refresh the dashboard through azure data lakes. After the data load is completed the dashboard is stuck at a page where it keeps buffering and shows "working on it" but the data refresh is not completed.

Can someone help me with this. I have tried reducing the size by dropping columns but still doesnt work.

Based on your description, not certain which reason causes this issue, could you please consider sharing some scrrenshots or error message for further discussion?
