error connecting to exchange/ o365

Hello i am having a real issue trying to connect to outlook calendars in O365.

 

i am owner on all the outlook calendars and get the following message for some (not all) O365 accounts.

    SimonNicholson，

    Please check if there are any security and accessibility problems on Exchange side, there is a similar thread for your reference.

    Also do you connect to shared mailbox? If so, please make sure that it is not a on-premise mailbox, but a O365 online mailbox.

      what specifically needs to be set in Exchange? i am a calendar owner for all on O365 online. these are individuals calendars rather than shared
