difference bettwen powerquery data and the report ( sample attach)

Hi i have a bizarre issue.

I sync from my sql database a table with multiple rows with the same ID into a new file

When i make a filter into my powerquery with the ID 161454430 (already filtered in the file attach) i had 11 rows ( that good and the same info as my SQL database)

I built a report with all the collums in a table without any filter or selection and i have only 8 rows

I didn't understand why or what can cause that
