It seems that there are some issues with your network, could you please install gateway in a reliable network environment? And do you enter the email address that you use to sign in Power BI Service?

In addition, please post the gateway installation log for us to analyze, you can collect the logs in %localappdata%\Temp\On-premises_data_gateway_*.log or event viewer. For more details, please review this article.
