data gateway (on prem) and sybase

Hi everybody 

i have a Data gateway (on prem) setup and configured to sysbase 17 - thats all ok (or at least showing online) , and existing reports (written on powerbi desktop on same host as gateway and published )  semantic models connect refresh etc no issues .

however if i go on another desktop (not host) and try get data from other sources no matter what i try i can't seem to get a connection 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ what am i missing ?????
