credential error sharepoint excel to powerbi

I'm having an issues with my sharepoint excel file connecting to power bi. When I edit credentials everything looks correct but it won't connect.

DataSource.Error: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

    I figured it out. There was an issue in the WiFi control panel settings causing the error

      I'm using the web through get data and use the direct path link, also when i use sharepoint it also gives an error
