    Hi bgashok ,

     

    Try this measure:

    _committed_% = 
VAR __total = COUNTROWS(yourTable)
VAR __true =
CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS(yourTable),
    yourTable[committed] = "TRUE"
)
RETURN
DIVIDE(__true, __total, 0)

     

    For this output:
