create new colum based on sum of values from another column

Hi Experts,

I have two columns, "ToTal Value", and "Daily Count".I am trying to create a new column that will only sum the "Total Value column if the 'Daily Value' column value is 1. Any help is appreciated, i have attached the sample date to this column.
