count number of true in all columns

Hi there,
I need to create a new column in power query  that  count the number of true in all the other column in my table.
Like the example below

How can i do to achieve this.

Use this formula in a custom column

= List.Count(List.Select(Record.ToList(_), each _="VRAI"))
