converting raw data extracted from oracle to tabular form

Hi,

I have sales data extracted from ORACLE and I need to convert it to tabular form ?

there is a row (which contain item information ) I want to transpose it ,

    You should be able to do this by creating a new custom column with the following calculation. I've referenced the column names as they show in your Excel example. Just switch them out for whatever the column names actually are in Power Query:

    if [B] = "item" then [C] else null

     

    Once you have your new column, you can select it and go to the Transform tab > Fill (dropdown) > Down.

    Now you will probably need to remove the top 1 row of your table and promote your headers.

    Then filter the [NET] column on ' <> null and <> "NET" '.

     

    If you can provde a copyable example of your original data, I can build a working query for you to follow if need-be.
