automatic update power query when I insert new source data, automatic filling of fixed values

Hello, I have 2 questions please
1. in Power Query, I would like to automatically add fixed data to the column - Attribute Category. I want to insert the value "INV" every time I insert one line into excel. Simply to always update the power query after inserting an entry into the row and especially to automatically insert the value "INV" into the Attribute Category column. Can you advise me of this please?

2. When I insert new data into the Source File in Excel and refresh the power query that I created, it does not update my data according to the "template" that I created in Power Query.
