[email protected] and [email protected] on one on-premises gateway
Hello
We use on-premises Gateway with domain @domain1.com.
Today we tried to confige this gateway for two different powerbi accounts: [email protected] and [email protected].
But after signing with second account the first account was switched off and it's gateway on web become offline.
Can we use one gateway for using two different domains powerbi accounts on one windows server machine?

googlogmob,
You can install personal gateway and on-premises gateway on a machine. But it is not supported to install multiple on-premises gateways on a single machine.

googlogmob,
Currently, once the gateway is installed on your machine, only one Power BI Service account can be used to registered your gateway.
In your scenario, is there a trust relationship between the two domains and do the two different Power BI accounts reside in same organization? If that is the case, use the first account to register the gateway, then in Power BI Service, check that if you can add the second account as the administrator of the gateway as shown below. As long as you add the second account as administrator of the gateway, the second account user can use the gateway to refresh datasets.

But after adding second domain as admin, appears error
Some users were not found in the organization. Delete these users and try again.
How to make trust relationship between our two domains?

googlogmob,
According to the error message, you need to ensure these users are in same organization when you add administrator of the gateway. Do the different domain accounts come from your company?
Besides, you can create trust relationship between domains following the guide in this blog: https://www.puryear-it.com/creating-a-two-way-external-domain-trust.Regards,
