Zendesk error: to much requests on api

Hi,

I have create a report with zendesk data.
We are retrieving all tickets from zendesk.
In Power BI it works great, but when hosted in cloud we got the error that there are to much calls on the zendesk api.
The report is not refreshing in the cloud. Any of you a solution? Is this a bug?
