Web connection with Excel not refreshing

I use web connection to connect to an Excel file for a test, here are the results of my tests:
Both manual and scheduled refreshes were successful:

However, the effect of that refresh for the report is similar to a query cache refresh, but it shouldn't be exactly the same. I.e., I'm refreshing the cached data for the report's usage data, but the data used by the report is still the same cached data that was fetched during the last refresh, so if you need to see the latest data in the report after your scheduled refresh is over, you'll need to open the report and manually refresh the visual object once.

If this is not your problem, could you please elaborate on the location of your data source, the connection process, and the process of refreshing the configuration, thanks!
