Web Access to Content
Hello everyone. New user as of today, so bare with me. I'm trying to get some information on a payroll site, which I have access too right through chrome browser. I'm trying to pull some of that info. into a excel sheet, but when I click on get data and use the web feature. It will not get passed the logon screen. I've tried doing it a couple of different ways, but the only two that will give me anything is the Anonymous and Basic ways to logon. The problem is when I use them, it has a document has a table that has no info. on it and it's still on the logon screen, even though I have access and pasted the corect url. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello Anonymous
I don't know the side you are querying, but I suppose that it's not a realy API. Just a normal Web-site.
You could search if this site is offering a API and access the API.
Could you describe what you are getting when you access with an browser? If there is some kind java-table, there is no change you getting this data. It could also be that Web.Contents is extracting the data before is completely loaded. In Power BI you would have the funciton Web.BrowserContents where you can specify a delaytime before reading the data.
Hope you got an idea how to move forward

The website that I'm accessing is kronos.com (Kronos Worforce Central) and we use this site for payroll and leave time, etc. I access this site through chrome. I would like to have my employees leave time atached to an excel workbook that I've been working on for attendance and have a updated leave balance, but the information I need is on the backside (once I log in). When I try to use Power BI it doesn't get past the username and password screen. I've tried several was of trying to get the data without any luck.
Maybe I'm not looking in the rigt places either, but looked for an API and they say they have one, but not sure how to access it. I've tried using the parameter also, without any luck.
I've noticed that there is a query for workforce dimensions (beta), but not for workforce central. Would be nice if this could be included. Probably wishful thinking, being two similar, but different programs.
