Hi ED,

 

Thank you for the information.

 

I didn't actually see the option to do a scheduled or manual refresh. I think I may have had an error in my understanding. I was looking at an existing Direct Query I uploaded and that did seem to update fine. Would I be correct in thinking that Direct Query does not work with the dataset settings?

I uploaded an Import instead and I was then able to see the Dataset Settings as expected. So I am guessing everything is working as it should?

HI nbradbury it sounds like it should be working.

you are right.

* if you upload an Import file you can see the dataset settings.

* if you upload a direct query it will not show dataset settings. All my Direct Query uploads say "We don't support settings for this dataset"

 

you should be able to click in the Refresh History to see when it was updated.
