View factory visitors current week

My idea is that our staff can fill out an Excel sheet when they have visitors coming here. I have 4 columns in that sheet:
Date
Company
Name
Responsible

Now I want to create a report from the Excel sheet so I can use it on a dashboard as information for our employees so that they know who the visitors are.

Based on the following entries in Excel:

I want the report to look something like this:

DAY                   VISITORS                                                RESPONSIBLE

Note that I want all days to show up even if there are no visitors on that day.
