Very Slow Refresh through Share-point Online Lists

Hi,
Some of the queries in my file are getting the data from a source which has [ApiVersion=15], and it takes more than 30 minutes to refresh all. Therefore, once I get the data from Sharepoint Online List and change the Version to 2.0:
the main problem is that the imported new queries have many differences with the old ones, so it is hard to fix everything.
I tried to use the advance editor by editing [Implementation="2.0"] instead of [ApiVersion=15], but then I get too many errors.

Is there any other way to do it?
