VLOOKUP from seperate table

Hello, I need to add additional columns to MainTable to add FYDetails for the four columns shown below. If it was in excel I'd do a vlookup to pull the details through. I'm not sure what the best ap...

    Hi Shelley-Baynton ,

     

    Please try the LOOKUPVALUE function.

    For example,

    MainTable

    FiscalCalTable

    There's no relationship between tabls. Create a calculated column in MainTable.

    Column = LOOKUPVALUE('FiscalCalTable'[String],FiscalCalTable[Date],'MainTable'[Date])
