Using hotjar (behind a login) as a PBI data source

We have a long running survey on hotjar and at the moment i export to excel each month and import to PBI - boring!

I have tried using the web connector to link to it, but:

If i enter the credentials i get an error message "web.browsercontents currently supports only anonymous credentials"

If i use anonymous, then i dont get any data showing

What am i doing wrong? Is there another way to do this? It feels like there should be and i am just missing something.

I am a beginner compared to all of you, so please bear this in mind in your replies 🙂
