    Hi AutumLeaf ，

    Create a Date Table and connect your Date Table to your Fact table using the date field.

     

    PY Value = 
CALCULATE(
    [Total value],
    SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR('Date'[Date])
)
    Forecast Value = 
IF(
    ISBLANK([Total value]),
    [PY Value],
    [Total value]
)

     

    Output:
