Using Power Apps to link workbooks to automatically update

Hi 

 

I am trying to link an action log between 13 "parent" workbooks and 5  "Child" workbooks so once a cell is updated in a parent it automatically updates in a specific Child but not every Child. is this possible on the Power Apps ?

 

Please can someone assist?

      You posted in the right forum but it then got wrongly syndicated into Power BI. Unfortunately that happens all the time.
