Uservoice integration fails when there are no open...

I have noticed that the refresh of Uservoice data fails with an incomprehensible exception when we have no open tickets. Not sure if anyone else has seen this, but refreshes appear to be completely fine when we have open tickets, but when we have closed them all, we can't refresh successfully.

I have tried contacting support and they don't seem to be able to help so if someone with access the integration code could check for a divide by zero or something that would be swell...
