Users Can't See Refreshed Data

I have a dataset that refreshes daily each morning, however user on the web app  can't see the most recent data. Everyone else on the team sees data up to yesterday (1/28) but this user only sees data up to 1/15, even after trying multiple browsers, clearing browsing data, and restarting their machine. 

 

Has anybody had any similar experiences, or ideas as to what might be causing this? Thanks for the help!

    So by "web app" are you referring to the Power BI Service or is this a Power BI Embedded situation or have you done a Publish to Web?

      Hey Greg thanks for the reply - this is using the Power BI Service.

        Very odd that it is only for a single user. Are you certain that user didn't choose a filter or slicer or something? The Service saves a user's state automagically now so if the user did some kind of slicing/filtering, it would remain in that state potentially until they do something to remove that filter context.
