User Values from SharePoint showing up as [List]

Can you show what is in the list with an image or a screenshot (remember to remove sensitive info)? Is it a list containing records? 

If your list column is similar to below and you want to extract names from all records in a list to the original table,

you can add a custom column with below code. You will get a list of title names on every row. Then expand it to new rows or extract values into the same cell per your need. 

= let titleList = [Column1] in List.Transform({0..(List.Count([Column1])-1)}, each titleList{_}[Title])
