Use a column from a different query to use in a conditional

Is there any way to create a new conditional column (if) using columns from another query (table) in Power Bi?

You'd need to merge that table into your existing table, do your conditional column logic, then remove the merged columns. You cannot do something like RELATEDTABLE() like you can in DAX because in Power Query there is no relationship model.
