Hello,
I have three columns in Power Query.. [Date], [Value] and [Count].
My first two rows, for example, are:
1/1/2023 | Proactive | 163
1/1/2023 | Injections | 3
I need to expand and create 163 rows containing Proactive, and three rows containing Injections
1/1/2023 | Proactive
1/1/2023 | Proactive
1/1/2023 | Proactive
1/1/2023 | Proactive
....
...
1/1/2023 | Injections
1/1/2023 | Injections
1/1/2023 | Injections
and so on.

You can add a new custom column with
{1 .. [Count]}This will create a list column of size count. You can then expand this column and delete it if you don't need the index number of each value.

That's exactly it! Thank you so much
